  17. No. Graphics depend on downloading time and decoding/rendering.
  18. This is the same for all programs (especially when they use
  19. datatypes).

  22. the download and it uses multiple connections to download images.
  23. You can even use the forms while the rest of the page is being
  24. transferred.

  26. Maybe IBrowse can do the same. But then I cannot use IBrowse
  27. until it supports AS225R2.
